Returns & Cancellations
You can return furniture within 14 days of receiving your order. This includes your legal right to cancel under UK consumer law.
Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging. Made-to-order, customised, or assembled items cannot be returned unless faulty.

Customers usually cover return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect. For large furniture, we may offer a collection service (fees may apply).
Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 working days after we receive and inspect the item.

Original delivery charges are refunded only if the full order is returned.

Damaged or used items may reduce the refund.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund, including return shipping.
